Banana Bread Recipe

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Beat the brown sugar and the softened butter until they form a smooth, creamy mixture.
  3. Beat in the eggs, mashed bananas and vanilla.
  4. Add the flour, bicarb soda and ground cinnamon. You should probably sift these, but I'm lazy. Mix them a bit, then add the milk. Beat thoroughly until the batter is completely mixed.
  5. Line a bread/cake tin with baking paper and pour in the batter.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until skewer inserted comes out clean. Let it cool down in the tin before turning it out to cool further on a rack.
  7. Let it cool completely before cutting it. Or don't if you're impatient. Enjoy!
